Mango Avocado Protein Shake

Instructions

Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth (about 1 minute) on a high setting. For the turmeric pill, this is a capsule so I poked a hole in the capsule and squeezed the orange turmeric extract into the blender for a highly concentrated dose of anti-inflammation!

Ingredients

2 cups water
5oz Fresh Mango (cubed)
1 fresh avocado
2 oz frozen passion fruit pulp
1 tbsp Smuckers Natural Peanut Butter
2 scoops Cellucor Cor-Performance Whey
1 Gaia Turmeric Supreme 200mg
1/2 cup iced coffee (why not?)
