Ascent Mocha Chocolate Smoothie
Whip up this protein smoothie to recover from tough workouts and get an energy boost for the rest of your day/night.
Ingredients
6oz milk or almond milk. I used chocolate almond milk
½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
1 cup ice
1 tablespoon ground coffee
1 tablespoon cacao/chocolate chips
1 ½ scoops Ascent Whey Protein. I used the Cappuccino flavor.
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend on medium speed for 30-45 seconds.
3. Enjoy.
Ascent Protein Pudding
Ingredients
1 Scoop Ascent Micellar Casein Protein (chocolate flavor)
5-6oz Chocolate Almond Milk
Directions
1. Mix together in a bowl until a pudding consistency is reached.
2. Put bowl in refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
3. Enjoy.
Ascent Berry Lemonade Pre-Workout Slush
Ingredients
1 scoop Ascent Raspberry Lemonade Pre-Workout
1 serving Ascent Lemon Sorbet Whey Protein
1 cup frozen strawberries
½ lemon juice yield
1 ½ cups crushed ice
1 cup water
1 tbsp honey
Directions
1. Place all ingredients into a blender.
2. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds.
3. There should be a slushy consistency; a mix of ice and water.
